Best surgeon EVER
Dr Chimento did a total knee replacement for me. This Doctor is OUTSTANDING. He explained my procedure in details, answered EVERY question I had. Dr. Chimento ran into some complications that I had from a previous surgery and he FIXED it. This man is an awesome doctor. Oh did I mention I had ZERO pain after my procedure? That’s right No pain at all. Just mild discomfort. I recommend Dr Chimento for all your replacement needs.

Dr Chimento did a complete hip replacement on my left hip a month ago. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience Entire staff was so professional, I am a month since surgery, walking normal and have no pain!

Dr Chimento did my first total knee replacement in 2009. I need to see him again. But he does not take United Healthcare Community Plan (Medicaid). And it is urgent I see him again. The replaced knee is hurting so bad.

Stupendous! My first surgery was great. Dr Chimento and the entire staff at Ochsner hospital exceeded my expectations. Even the technicians and food servers were so very nice. The classes were so informative. They anticipate your every need even before you know you need it. They leave nothing to chance. And when you go home they call you every day to make sure you are okay. These people are dedicated competent confident professional caring and wonderful. I am amazed by their excellent care.

I was 86 when I had my total knee replacement. Dr. Chimento and his staff were very pleasant and professional. They explained everything thoroughly. Their protocol for surgery, pain management, and rehab was excellent. My surgery was very successful and I would highly recommend Dr. Chimento!

I had the best possible experience for someone who had two total knee replacements in a year! The protocol for pain management and rehab were right on target. No surprises! My medical care had a seamless progression, all knew my case specifics and worked well together. I would highly recommend Dr. Chimento and the entire Ochsner Orthopedic team. Grateful!

I received amazing treatment from Dr Chimento and his entire staff! I have had 8 knee surgeries and Dr Chimento topped them all with a total knee replacement. My surgery was complicated due to prior surgeries. Dr Chimento overcame all obstacles with little to no pain afterwards! His bedside manner is impeccable and he really cares. I cannot say enough good things! I highly recommend him and his staff for the most complicated surgeries. I am thrilled!
