In October 2018, I fell off a roof and crushed my left calcaneus. It hurt. Was referred to Dr. Lian though the family orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Lian performed surgery 9 days after the injury, installing 13 titanium pins in my heel. Not much room to put a review here, so let me bottom-line it: Would I go to Dr Lian for a similar surgery again? Yes, I would.

My mom had surgery on both feet. On three different occasions, for follow up appointments, Lian was extremely unprofessional. He did not greet or acknowledge my mom or anybody in the room and did not even make eye contact. He spent about three minuets evaluating her feet. My mom developed an infection on one foot and he was very nonchalant and uninterested in hearing any questions or concerns. It was very obvious he does not care about patients. His lack of professionalism was VERY disturbing.

Sharon was very nice when I made my sons appointment. When I got there I didn't have the paperwork because I misunderstood. She was very rude that I didn't follow her directions. Her line always goes to voicemail when you call. Then if she calls you back and you don't answer she gets annoyed. Dr. Lian was a nice guy and I felt good about his expertise, but I will not go back because Sharon is a real hassle to deal with.
