Dr. Chamberlin and his staff are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I have a multitude of health issues and they're on top of meds, diagnostics, and referrals. When I leave a message on the answering machine, I'm receiving a call back with one hour, usually sooner. I have confidence in this office.

The only people leaving Reviews are the angry patients. Dr Chamberlain and his staff are very friendly and professional. I have been with him for more than 10 years. They get things done quickly.

He’s WONDERFUL, I highly recommend this office
Dr. Chamberlain and the entire staff are beyond amazing. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I know when I come in to see Dr. Chamberlain, he’s already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions. He’s awesome.

would not recommend Dr Chamberlin. Doesn’t give the patient the courtesy of explaining what and why he is doing something. He changed the dosage of a medication I had been taking for years without even telling me or explaining why. When I asked to speak with him, he never had the time. It is unacceptable to not include a patient in his/her care.

I've been seeing Doctor since he was at Brown location. I was glad when he moved to new location with different staff. He is one of the BEST doctors I've had. He is very patient and always answers every question. I have never felt rushed. He is very caring and knowledegable. I trust his judgement. He makes sure our referrals to our heart doctor and skin doctor are up to date. Schedules referrals when needed for any test needed. His receptionist couldn't be more pleasant and helpful in my opinion. He was so good with my 98 yr old Dad before he past. I hope I never have to find another doctor.

I have been seeing him for some time due to chronic pain. All of the medication he has prescribed has made me depressed and his answer is to go on an Anti depressant as well and to UP the dose of the medication making me depressed. When I mentioned it was making me depressed & anxious he told me it would NOT be the cause. AND YET there are 3 pages from the pharmacy when I got the latest prescription telling me it was, could cause suicide thoughts, anxiety etc. All of my symptoms. I was on a 300 mg 3 times a day & he gradually wants me on 900 mg 3 times a day. I can not tolerate the 300 mg & yet this was his answer. Because I question things, I am argumentative ; I am just to believe him & I do not trust him at all after my last visit. I got a shot of "something" that left me covered in a rash, that acted like shingles - painful! If you have no mind of your own & don't question him, he would be happy.

Going to this Dr. is a nightmare. He is a good Dr. but his front desk girl is useless. You can wait days for a script, they won't send you a printout of lab work. Front desk girl who opens is always late

Both Dr. and Staff do not follow thru after visits. Medicines not refilled as promised, referrals not made as promised, test results not communicated to patient, and incomplete summaries on office visit. Office staff makes unkept promises to call back.

Doesn't listen to patients. Rushes things too fast without complete knowledge of condition. Needs to be more available when he gives a patient a scheduled appointment or procedure. The only thing he somewhat has, is his decent attitude.

The bad attention to detail of the staff, unfortunately outweighs the effectiveness of Dr Chamberlin. If he has to always apologize for them, maybe something needs to be done. I called 3 times and never a return call, so I am with another doctor now.

Dr. Chamberlain is nice enough but he spends a lot of wasted breath apologizing for his office staff. They are absolutely HORRIBLE. and have been that way for the entire time I've been seeing him. Their call answering system sucks. and to get someone to call you back, well, you might as well just drive over to the office and camp out until you get your question anwsered Our prescriptions are called in late or not at all, or to the wrong pharmacy. The wait times are often nearly one hour or more.

Doctor Chamberlin is compassionate, up to date with medical research, and a great diagnostician. He thinks outside the box and works hard to give his patients great care. The wait times are long, yes, but it is because he takes as much time with a patient as needed. His staff are very supportive of him, but are not as efficient as one might hope. But they are not the ones who might just save your life one day. He definitely is. Best doctor I've been to, and at my age I've been to a lot.

Dr. Chamberlain seems knowledgeable, and he's really nice. His office staff has been absolutely HORRIBLE for entire 3 years that we have stuck with them. Their call answering system is maddening. Our prescriptions are called in late, not at all, or to the wrong pharmacy. Coordination of records between the office and the lab or others is dismal. The wait times are often nearly one hour or more.

Dr. Chamberlin is professional and compassionate and I feel a good Doctor, but his office and staff are frustrating!. There is an abruptness and near rudeness often on the phone for scheduling or information. Trying to get referrals or getting the individuals that are responsible for that, are near impossible to connect with. You can only get a voice mail when trying to connect with an assistant and call backs are days later if at all. Office waits are often lengthy.
