Doctors like this don't help the shaky trust and image in our nations healthcare system. Spent a whopping 3-4 minutes with me and the recommendations for my strange rash I was given were made without even inspecting my skin...A 5 second glance cannot be considered a real look right? Simply went off of what the nurse that actually spoke to me told him. And the shockingly horrible result from this negligent and rushed behavior was that my condition got no better and I was down $160 for my "30 minute" visit. I call it my strange rash as I still do not know what is happening to me and have not had the desire to attempt again with another doctor out of worry of the same experience and/or paying more money for nothing. Thanks for nothing.

I found Dr. Henry to be extremely professional and an excellent doctor. I had initially thought I should ask to change to another provider after seeing these reviews and I'm so happy I didn't. Dr. Henry came in and quickly diagnosed my issue, he reassured me when I expressed concern and answered all of my questions. His staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr. Henry to all.

I came for an odd rash that had spread all over my body. I am immunocompromised so I wanted to immediately make sure it was not something serious as I have never had a rash like this nor am I allergic to anything that I know of (haven’t used any new products on my skin, haven’t been exposed to anything new). Dr. Henry spent probably less than a minute in the room, did not want to heat about when I got the rash, didn’t ask any questions, and when I tried to show him a picture of when it was at its worst, he replied with “I don’t need to look at that.” He didn’t care at all, sent me home saying to use a steroid cream that I had, and that’s it. He didn’t tell me what the rash was or what caused it, he just wanted to get out of the room as quick as possible. The worst “doctor” I have ever seen that does NOT care about his patients.

Spot on my shoulder to be checked. His PA spent more time with me. He came in, didnt even close the door and glanced at my shoulder. Proceeded to berate me for not knowing if was a simple mole and literally tossed a pamphlet at me... I let my doctor know that he should not refer patients to this practice again. The entire visit was uncomfortable and his behavior was genuinely disdainful.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The front office staff was fine but once I met Dr, Henry it all went downhill. He was in the room for less than 5 minutes (not an exaggeration) and in that 3-4 minutes he disregarded everything I was telling him. He didn't even look at my skin or come near me as he stood on the other side of the room. I was trying to explain my Rosacea flare ups and wanted to show him a picture of it and he replied sharply, "I don't look at phones." He has no manners.

I waited an hour and ten minutes for my appointment. I had a simple, benign, skin tag on my neck. All told, he managed to inflate the cost of removing it to $503.00. Neglected to tell me he doesn't accept AHCCCS, even after I presented my AHCCCS card.
