Zero stars. I was misdiagnosed and ignored for almost two years. Dubler saw me for about two seconds and sent me to PT. After more than a year and a half in PT my therapist told me to ask for an MRI. I asked Brian and he again misdiagnosed me and told me there was nothing functionally wrong with my knee I just needed to strengthen it. Well, I finally got a second opinion and an MRI. Guess what??? I had multiple cartilage defects behind my kneecap. This was something that NO AMOUNT OF PT COULD FIX. I required extensive knee surgery for a MACI procedure this year. DO NOT GO HERE. They are just concerned about Band-Aids and keeping you coming back to the office to get money.

Last week waited 1 1/2 hours, not seen. Had to leave for another appointment. Speaking with others in the waiting room. I learned that their appointments with Dr. Dubler was scheduled later than mine, but were called in before me. Rescheduled for a week later, the exact same occurrence happened. After waiting another hour and 10 minutes. I Left. All set with wasting my time. Will be seeing someone outside of Prima Care.

This is the worst office I have ever had to deal with First call for appt I get an automated answering message to please leave a message. These messages are checked frequently and we will get back to you. That was last week. Today I get a message from answering service that office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8 or 9 until 4 . I called at 1130. hmmm??????? I just now tried again and phone just continues to ring with no answer at all. Guess this office doesn’t need patients.

Excellent Dr. Had a partial knee replacement done a year and a half ago. I never had one problem and my scar is excellent you can barely see it. Going for my right knee in a couple of days.
