Great experience!
I was nervous going in for my first colonoscopy. Dr. Ramesh and his staff couldn’t have been nicer! From the pre-op nurse to the anesthesiologist to the nurses in the OR, they were all so kind and considerate, continually telling me what they were doing and asking if I had any questions. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ramesh and the staff at Memorial Endoscopy.

Very inefficient office
I will say that I found Dr Ramesh to be pleasant, however, contacting the office to get results or schedule a colonoscopy seems impossible. I’ve called numerous times over the span of a month to get scheduled for my yearly colonoscopy (as a 2cm flat polyp was found last year and was not removed), and have yet to actually get scheduled. I was told they were just waiting for the dr to sign a paper. I worked in healthcare for over 35 years…this office is extremely inefficient, and leaving patients wondering if they even matter at all is very unprofessional. I’m STILL waiting for a call back! In the meantime, I found a new dr with a 5 star review, got an appt in less than a week, colonoscopy scheduled in two weeks.

Ugh
Bedside manner is awful. Tells you he can't help you and kept telling me "Maryanne, you're not really sick." He told me to go back to work when I had 1% stomach function and extreme pain. My neurologist found out the actual bottom line. This dude sent me off, but not before making me feel like I was crazy.

Looking for another doctor
Impossible to contact the office. Impossible to make an appointment. No one answer the phone or call back . I left more than 20 messages: no answer. Two months waiting for an appointment for a colonoscopy. Desperate, I decided to look for another doctor

Went in for abdominal diacomfort and constipation with unknown causes. He has piss poor bedside manner. He asked me a bunch of unnecessary question and disregarded my family hx of endometriosis that I advised him of multiple times. He never physically examined me, never touch my belly nor listen with the stethoscope. Pushed samples on me and asked that I call back with results. After 3 months of this I ended up in ER where I was dx with Ovarian Cancer. This could have been caught months ago.

Very pleased with my experience w/ Dr Ramesh. He personally returned my calls to his office to clarify procedures regarding a routine colonoscopy. Was very informative, professional and personable, both on the phone and in person. Will happily refer him to others.

I went to see Dr. Ramesh about Celiac disease testing and getting a colonoscopy. During my visit, it became evident that I knew more about Celiacs than Dr. Ramesh. After the colonoscopy, it took over 2 months to get my results back and when I did, they didn't even mention anything about Celiacs and forgot that was the reason for the colonoscopy. I should have been eating gluten to confirm the disease, but I was not told to. Due to this, I wasted thousands of dollars for an unconfirmed test!!

Difficult, if not impossible to communicate with. Tells me one thing and then when I have problems, blames me for misunderstanding him. He says similar things to my daughter. I am looking for another gastrointerologest!!!! Don't use him.

Had severe stomach pains and all he did was guess at what he could be he did nothing to figure out what the problem was. Due to this I ended up in the emergency room and when I went back and told him I had been to the emergency room he still did nothing, just made me schedule another pointless appointment. He even asked me what I though it was. I didn't know, I'm not the Dr you are. If I wanted to self diagnose I would use WebMD. My family members have had similar experiences. Do not use him.
