Please avoid This Dr. By all means if you care about patient. Very unorganized, no proper medical standard process , procedure followed. Very scratchy practice .. like 3rd world country road side service. Stay away from this Dr. Balachadar.

I have visited this doctor in January to evaluate the abdominal pain. First of all the staff was very rude. The staff asking questions right in the lobby, without caring that there are other patients waiting. I was asked to arrived 10 min earlier to my appointment, but I waited 55 mins before they took me in. Very unprofessional!!! Dr. Balachandar talks too much and does not let you finish. At the end of my visit, is was asked to pay the full amount of the visit, which I paid. Deductible!!! She ordered few tests. I was told the staff will contact me for the testing appointments. 3 days later I called for the follow-up about the appointments, I was told they have not worked on it yet, will let me know in 4 to 5 business days, quite odd!! After the testing was done, Dr. called me 3 weeks later to discuss the results. This is the worst facility and Doctor I have seen. Now they are send me $8 bill which they did not collected at the time. WORST DOCTOR, DO NOT SEE HER!!!!

My family had a terrible experience with this Dr. today at Medical City Plano. She performed a colonoscopy on my elderly mother who was in patient at the hospital. We were told multiple times the Dr. would come explain the results and findings after the procedure. This is normal procedure. After about 45 minutes, a nurse came to take my mother back to her room. When we said we had not yet spoken with the Dr., we were informed she had departed.

I was referred to this office to have a procedure performed. I had to constantly call and remind her staff to provide me with the post Op info and prep which was very concerning. I received a call back late evening the day prior to the procedure which would have been to late to comply with the post procedure prep if I hadn't know exactly what to do. Additionally, it's been 10 days and I have not been contacted about the results. So, very poor communication. Office seems disorganized and demonstrate lack of follow-up and thru.

She has a poor attitude when talking to patients. While she was checking her patient, she sneezed into her hand and didn’t wash it or use hand sanitizer afterwards. Overall, did not appreciate her but we only go to her because she has a low fee.

I have had a very bad experience there. For real, how could GE doctor miss gallbladder attack? She had everything she needed to make a diagnosis, including ultrasound results, but totally missed the gallstones. Total waste of time, money and health with her.

Bad experience here. Late to my endoscopy never bothered to talk to me or explain my condition, didn't bother to make a follow up appointment. Ive called her practice a total of 3 times to try and get answers to my questions with no luck. They never call back and don't care. Don't bother coming here .

Completely incompetent office staff. They expect you to wait over an hour for an appointment. I walked out after 30 minutes. Thank god I did not waste anymore time on a doctor and office staff the utterly clueless
