Professional. Listened. Wasn't intent on throwing medications at me unlike other providers. I don't believe all answers lie in medication, nor am I completely against them... IF used at the lowest dose ALONG with other non-pharmacological alternatives and with the goal to eventually wean off, if appropriate. I also don't believe that mental health issues can be solved in a 10 minute assessment, at best, with someone who probably has never even cared for me prior to the acute event. So, I was grateful that he finally listened to my concerns. Explained what the goals were. What the plan of care was and actually included me in the conversation and decision-making process.

VERY rude, unprofessional, and smells strongly of last night's Jack Daniels. I had to insist he not be allowed back in the room. "Doctors" like that are what causes patients to retreat.

He met me twice. He was horribly unprofessional. He gave personal information to me about Doctor Proctor's recent departure from Mayo clinics behavior health department. He never gave me a chance to know me before he cold turkey took my prescription for clonazapam away. I have been taking this medication for about 4yrs,1mg 4 times a day. The complete chaos and lack of stability at Mayo clinic behavioral health clinic is laughable. For such a renowned clinic I say shame on you.
