Unfortunately, both surgeries did not meet my expectations.

I spent a lot of money having 2 procedures performed by Dr.Albert.Dr Alberts office worked with me on my hormones and weight loss meds.I Rcvd a second bottle of B 12. When I opened the box the B 12 bottle was not even close to being full. I called the office came in with my bottle that was 70 something dollars. They gave me a B12 injection and basically didn’t believe me about the B 12 shortage. They had the audacity to say I would need to pay for another bottle. I said I’m done here and walked out. Hard to believe they let me leave making me feel like I was lying after all the thousands of dollars spent there. Very disappointed!

This is my first review on anything, and I am 65 years old. I cannot praise Dr. Albert's work not only his skillful injections. but how great his artistic skills are as a plastic surgeon. I cannot be happier with my results they exceeded my expectations by 100%. The optimization Centre is impressive itself along with his professional and caring staff. I would recommend Dr. Albert and his team to anyone who is looking to improve themselves at any age. I have been to other plastic surgeons and Dr. Albert and his staff are the best I have experienced.

This man gives doctors a bad name. He will ruin your face/body and pretend like nothing happened. Be warned, have a lawyer on stand by. Find someone else, anyone else.

If a surgeon’s success includes making their patients feel heard and acknowledged, this doctor fell way short of that mark. I approached Dr. Albert for a breast reduction/lift with the goal of achieving a smaller post-operative size & no more than 250cc implant. While I knew what I had consented to at that time, I learned at my first post-op visit that he had re-inserted the same size implants, 300cc, that I had pre-operatively. This may be a standard operative practice among plastic surgeons, but instead of reassuring me & explaining this reasoning he simply said that I “shouldn’t ask questions that I don’t understand the answer to” and that I shouldn’t worry because “you’ll love them”. I was insulted. At my subsequent post-op visits, he continued to dismiss my feelings, failed to alleviate my concerns, & simply overlooked the emotional impact the outcome of this surgery was having on me. I have never witnessed such blatant disrespect towards a patient’s needs as this Dr. displayed.

My visit was very rewarding and I loved my results. I will trust Dr. Albert with any procedure I receive in the future.

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Albert and his office. He has completely changed my life! I recently had my first cosmetic surgery at the Optimization Centre and my entire experience was incredible. From his front desk staff, to his surgical team they made me feel comfortable and safe, I never felt nervous. He was always available and is truly an artist. I took my daughter to Dr. Albert for a rhinoplasty and he far exceeded our expectations. Not only is he a very down to earth and nice doctor but he did a STELLAR JOB. My daughter's nose looks amazing and we are thrilled with the results. I would unreservedly recommend him for any plastic surgery needs. He and his staff are warm and welcoming and this was a FABULOUS experience.

While getting a consultation for a face lift, Dr. Albert offered, I did not ask, to remove the small tattoo on my torso, left over after breast cancer and radiation, for free, as a service to breast cancer survivors. He told me to come in for a second treatment (one single laser sap), but when I arrived he all of a sudden wanted to charge me $150. I was humiliated, because I felt like a beggar and because of his lack of respect for my feelings about being a breast cancer survivor. He is all and only about money. Will never go there again.

Dr. Albert performed a laser resurfacing on my face, the results are amazing, it has been more than I expected. I am very happy with the procedure and results. He truly is an amazing plastic surgeon. I highly recomend him. Dr. Albert and his staff, are very professional. He is an artist in his field. Thank you Dr. Albert Five stars!

Dr Albert is very knowledgeable, goes out of his way to address any requests and shows true concern for his patients. He is attentive to any questions that you might have and has an amazing staff that always is courteous, respectful and has a great attitude.
