Dr. Meekin ruined my life, as far as eating. Meekin performed my nasal surgery. Not one time during my many visits, was it mentioned that there is a possibility of loosing my taste & smell. Well, after the surgery, I told Meekin I cannot taste or smell, he said give it some time, and that he didn't know why. I then sought out a second opinion, this doctor took x-rays, we went over the x-rays, and he said whomever did this surgery was Very aggressive. Leaving me to be one of Meekins statistics. After 8 years, I still have no taste or smell. Would I have gotten this surgery if it was brought up that I had a chance to loose my taste or smell, HELL NO. So, please use another Dr. to perform this type of surgery. Imagine, not being able to enjoy your food, or smelling anything. I have dropped 75 lbs., I do not look forward to eating, it all tastes the same, NOTHING.

Dr. M hardly even listed to what I said was wrong. Just took a quick look and said he did not see nothing wrong. His person that does the hearing test did at least listened to what I had to say and did not just push me off as a nobody. Hopefully one day I will get treatment for what ever is wrong with my pusling tinnitus, night blindness, light sensitivity, neck pain and back pain. But as far as this place will not help me. Go there if you need a bandaid they might be able to do that.
