I really like Dr. O'Leary and would love to be able to reach him online. Lately every time I try to login on the Patient Portal I'm sent to the Caromont site where I' told that the page I'm looking for can't be found or else its Forbidden. Why can't I reach the South Point site?

By first call got an appointment, waiting time was fair,Staff are friendly and caring , Dr. O'Leary listened and answer my questions very patiently, was my first visit and I am very satisfied, they called and follow up. thank you and I am going to introduce my family to them too.

I would never recommend Dr. O'Leary or the South Point Family Practice. They do not care about their patients, only about what money they can extract from those patients. I never had to visit unless I was sick with my previous doctor. I had to change doctors because of a change in insurance. Now, South Point Family Practice calls me saying they won't refill my prescriptions because I haven't had a visit in a year. Both my medications are available over the counter as well. There's no point.
