Great
Solved a strange problem, and now I haven’t been in the ER in 17 months. Very intelligent, a problem solver, and personable. 5 stars.

Old lady with many allergies – Oct 04, 2023

You will not be heard
I came to her because of an allergic reaction which was later confirmed by a dermatologist. I had gotten an incorrect diagnosis from the ER and needed to get the correct diagnosis. It was around Christmas and New Years so it was difficult to get appointments. She gave me the diagnosis of scabies which I knew was wrong because I have been quarantining since 2020. I told her that it was not scabies but she insisted it was. The next day I had to get an appointment with a dermatologist and received a biopsy and the correct diagnosis.

Poor listening skills
Dr.Deogun was nice but could work on her listening skills. I left my visit feeling unheard and discouraged. I've been struggling to find a good doctor and I had high hopes but was quickly let down. She was nice but the overall experience was a let down.

We moved from Atlanta to the Raleigh area and needed to immediately find an allergy and asthma specialist for my son so that he could continue his allergy shots. I researched the practice but didn't have much time to research the doctor we had an appt with. To my delight, she was wonderful. She took a lot of time to get to know my son and his allergy issues by asking good detailed questions. She then came up with a comprehensive plan for treating my son. Thank you Dr. Deogun!
