Dr Pantel is a first class Surgeon. He is the best of the best! Professional, intelligent and compassionate. He is conscientious and takes the time to explain the situation to the patient. I recommend him highly and give him an A plus rating.

This man loves to give bad news whenever possible. He is a knowledgeable doctor, experienced in his field, but he “gets off” on giving bad news and watching the fear in someone’s eyes. When surgery is in the plans, he doesn’t think of alternative methods. He immediately goes for the most damaging option while staring at you, getting off on your fear. Got a 2nd opinion several weeks later on my condition, was told I had several easier options for surgery. This man is sick in the head.

After abnormally bleeding and uncontrolled UC, Dr. Pantel jumped right in and knew exactly how to fix me. He continuously follows up whenever I need him; always comes to see me EVERY.SINGLE.INPATIENT STAY! I can’t thank him enough for helping me navigate through this new and scary health journey, allowing me to be present for my young children.

Dr. Pantel did an amazing job easing my concerns and demonstrating the process of the procedure to me. He used everyday life examples to explain how the procedure would work. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed every question I had. I feel comfortable knowing that he is my provider and he will take good care of me in the OR.
