Dr. Haidy Galous, MD

I had had an appointment for months with Dr. Galous. Scheduled well in advance trusting the appointment would be honored. However, almost 1 month before my appointment was scheduled, I received a call to cancel that appointment and reschedule with a male doctor, not Dr Galous who I specifically scheduled with because I prefer to see female doctors. I was told she would be at Parkland and not UTSW the day I had been scheduled. I was then offered an appointment in JUNE - 4 months later than the appointment that was being rescheduled. When I schedule an appointment so far in advance, i trust that the appointment will be honored. It's near impossible to be seen by a rheumatologist already - for them to boot you to a doctor you do not want to see is incredible frustrating, and I can't lie, infuriating. I wish I could write a good review here but given Dr Galous doesnt even keep her appointments, I dont know how that would be possible.
