Identified my problem, made suggestions and they worked!

Was referred to Dr Obide because I could not breathe out of my left side of my nose. After he did his procedure my nose bled for a month. A year later no difference still cannot breathe out of my left side of my nose. Procedure was painful and he explains very little to you in his office.

Unprofessional, no communication, did not listen to reason for visit this caused injury to inner ear

Dr Obeid’s office is disorganized and costing me double what my surgery cost. I was told my bill was satisfied and I never received another statement. Two years later, I received a notice from a collector stating I didn’t pay my bill and now it’s double the amount. When I called the billing department the woman was rude to me would not answer my questions and told me to call the collection agency right before she hung up on me. When I tried to call back I was repeatedly hung up on until a different woman answered the phone. At that time I asked to speak to the office manager and was told she was gone for the day before 2pm! What kind of joke shop are they running over there!? I’ve been in healthcare for 20 years and have never seen such blatant disregard of patient customer service!

Were do I begin... If you need any kind of paperwork filled out forget it . Staff at the front desk are very rude, if you have to call hold time on the phone is on average of 10 mins or longer. I have waited up to 2 hours in the waiting room, and then was only able to see Dr. Obeid for no more than 15 mins. I am currently looking for a new ENT in my area.

I found him to be very thorough. He asked a lot of questions. Really spent time with me. He wants to get to the root of my problem. Very knowledgable!
