I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Harry Sell. During my first appointment, I mentioned that I had a pilonidal cyst that was bothering me and that I was considering surgery. I had done some research and asked about the cleft lift procedure, which I read might have a lower recurrence rate. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, Dr. Sell laughed at me and mocked me for looking up information on Google. His dismissive attitude made me feel very uncomfortable.I decided to give him another chance based on my primary care doctor’s recommendation, but my second visit was even worse. After waiting for over 30 minutes, Dr. Sell came into the room laughing and greeted me in a way that felt insulting. When he asked to see the cyst, it was done in a manner that made me feel embarrassed and awkward. He didn’t explain the surgery options or what I needed to do next—he just prescribed antibiotics and left. I left the appointment feeling upset and anxious.

i Called and scheduled my appointment with Julia and she was able to get me in the next day. Craig checked me in and was great! The medical assistant Melody that took me to the room was friendly and professional. The surgeon was great. I scheduled my surgery for 8 days later and I am doing great. Professional and super friendly office. I highly recommend Dr Sell and his first class office the next time you need surgery.
