Terrible Experience
My appointment started out fine, he was very nice. We decided to do a nerve block injection in the back of my head for headaches. The nurse cleaned the injection site then he came in, confirmed my name and what we were doing, then without saying anything stuck the needle in the back of my head, no warning about anything. It hurt so bad I started crying. He finished the injection and without a word left the room. I just read the notes in my patient portal where he says my head was on a pillow, there was no pillow. He said the site was draped, there was no drape. He said the area was numbed first, if it was he didn't wait to inject the nerve block, the pain was terrible. And finally he said that I had tolerated the procedure well. Not sure how he'd know that, he immediately left me crying in the room with the nurse. Overall a terrible experience.

Not impressed
I felt brushed off. I moved here from Oklahoma and wasn’t really expecting a miracle of any kind. Just wanted help to have some sort of quality of life. They offer other treatments but hey your insurance doesn’t cover this one or this one. Sorry we won’t even schedule another appointment to see you. I’m so frustrated. Don’t know what to do.

The worst doctor EVER! Barely did a physical examination, did not ask me any questions about how long or how my pain developed. Don't waste your time. I wasted 1/2 tank of gas; 3 hours commuting back and forth, for nothing. ZERO STARS (but this tool requires at least one star -- he doesn't deserve any stars). Unfeeling, and blamed my other doctors...
