Complete lack of compassion with some bad attitude. Never checked on patient and when did meet once told us to “problem solve at home” when we asked her a question. Approved of a patient discharge at Laurelhurst before patient was ready. All staff at Laurelhurst were fantastic except for Bours. Very unimpressed.

Said nothing was wrong with me and refused to let me have an MRI when I was at Laurelhurst Rehab Center. Finally not with her help got MRI and showed that I had multiple compression fractures of the lower lumbar.
