Dr Chatham is a great partnering Physician!!
I have been a patient of Dr Chatham since early 2015. She is a great trustworthy Physician! Highly recommend Dr Chatham as primary care physician! I never feel rushed in our appointments, and she is an active listener. She performs thorough assessments and takes time to educate/discuss next steps of care as needed. She treats her patients with care, dignity and respect. She’s a positive advocate for her patients and great with managing overall coordination and care. Additionally, Dr Chatham has been great in responding to posted messages sInce the introduction of the MyChart portal. This was extremely helpful as we navigated the Covid years. Her staff is friendly, professional and very responsive.

I am mostly very happy with Dr. Chatham! Just don't expect her to be good at answering messages via the portal, because I've found that's a bad way to reach her/ask questions. It's not always easy to get an appt with her (another issue) BUT any time I've met with her, she has been very present, asked questions, answered all my questions, and been caring and compassionate. Her practice is moving this month and I moved a couple years ago so it's quite a trek, but I don't plan to find a new PCP because I'm quite happy with her.

Unfortunately, I can’t tell you how my appointment with Dr Chatham was bc she was so behind to the point that I had to wait for 40 minutes in the waiting area. After 40 minutes of waiting I had to leave. 40 minutes is an unacceptable wait time in my opinion. Won’t be rescheduling again with this dr as I don’t have time to waste an afternoon traveling to and from the appointment + waiting 40 mins, and not even accomplish seeing the dr. Very disappointing. Waited 2 weeks for this “first available” appt also.
