Impressed and happy to be her patient
Dr. Naganna is fantastic. She has a very calming presence, and is very thorough. She asks a lot of questions, and I feel like she really listens to the answers. She explains things in layman's terms so I could easily understand. She went out of her way to help me get some tests scheduled before the end of the year to accommodate my schedule. Checking in for appts and pre-registering are easy to do with the patient portal, and though I've not had a reason to send her an email yet, my husband has and he received follow up in a timely manner.

I made an appointment on March 9, 2021. The appointment wasn't for three weeks and I needed something sooner so I called and left a message on March 11 at 5:23 PM and said to cancel my appointment. Now I'm getting a bill for $50 and their billing department is rude and is pretending I didn't leave a message even though I have phone records.
