I’ve never experienced such incompetence and disregard for patient care in any medical office. My doctor prescribed me a medication three weeks ago, but due to the utter ineptitude of the office staff, I have yet to receive it. Despite calling daily, they either send the wrong documentation to my insurance provider or simply ignore my requests altogether.It’s shocking that a medical office could be so indifferent to a patient’s health and well-being. Every time I call, I get empty promises, and after three weeks of excuses, I still don’t have the medication I desperately need. Either through laziness or complete lack of professionalism, this office staff has made what should be a simple process an absolute nightmare.I would strongly advise anyone to reconsider if you are thinking of choosing this practice. They clearly do not care about their patients.

Dr Patel seemed nice at the appointment while she went down a checklist and checked off boxes in her computer. Things we never discussed were ordered and things we discussed are still not ordered despite three calls to the office to reminder her. It’s a good thing I did not have a serious medical problem. I will definitely find another physician.

Dr. Patel has been terrific. She has listened carefully to my concerns, referred me to specialists when necessary, and has demonstrated a caring and empathetic attituce.

Horrible experience. No communication regarding test results, no evidence of caring about patients.

I never received consultation on test results. No plan for treament.
