Dr. Herbert Feinberg, MD

I have been a patient of Dr Feinberg for more than 30 years. He is very knowledgble and an has expertise in skin care. He has an easy going manner and explains everything thoroughly, spends alot of time with each patient, and does not rush the appointment, answering all questions. Unlike many dermatologists today, I also really like that he doesn't endorse cosmetic or beauty products that do not really have much benefit.I definitely recommend him.

I have been going to Dr Feinberg for over 26 years. He is very thorough. He does not rush and he is a nice doctor I am moving to Florida and I am so upset to have to find another dermatologist. I will miss this doctor.

I strongly DO NOT recommend Dr. Feinberg, based on my experience. I had been a patient for several years, even though his exam room manner is pleasant. Admittedly, he is knowledgeable. However, he operates his practice like a factory. I made an appointment explaining that I had a Seborrheic keratosis on my neck that I wanted removed and had a cyst-like growth on my back that was extremely sore. On the day of my appointment I waited for almost 90 minutes past the time of my appointment. He was dismissive of my concerns not wanting to help because he said it was late and he didn’t have time. Now months later the cyst I went to see if about has burst and is extremely sore and painful. I called for an immediate appointment but they only had one option a few days later that conflicted with my work schedule. I asked for any possibility for an early or late appointment and the response was no. The office manager called to ask that I not post anything negative online and offered an appt

Dr. Feinberg is by far the BEST dermatologist I have ever been to!!! My mom and I have been going to him since I was a little girl for my autoimmune disease. My mom goes to him for chemical peels and couldn’t be happier with the results. I now live in Florida and wish I could find a dermatologist nearly as good as Dr. Feinberg down here.. If you live in NJ or NY and looking for a knowledgeable and experienced derm... stop looking because you found him! Highly recommend.

Have been using Dr. Feinberg for over 20 years.He has been a great help to me with my Psoriasis and needless to say his office staff will go out of the way for you.

This doctor charges a150 office visit and plus whatever he does for you. The insurance doesn't cover all the bs charges that they submit so you end up with a bill of 200 dollars and they refuse to work with you. Total rip off

The administrators are liars. They told me 3 times that they were in my network. they charged me the regular copay and then hit me with a crazy bill and told me they never said that they were in network. Now they won't take my calls. They are garbage, miss informing, low lifes.

I had an abscess on my back. Dr. Herbert treated me and supposedly fixed the problem. The following week, the doctor evaluated and said everything was fine. By the third week the abscess grew again. I made another appointment, but reception wanted me to pay again. I explained several times that the work of the doctor on my back was not good and I wanted him to fix it. Unfortunately the receptionists insisted that I had to pay. The abscess on my back continues. Bad experience!

Dr. Feinberg is the best Dermatologist in the Bergen County area. He fully restored my hair line at an artistic level and with great care and kindness, I have been his patient for a variety of reasons for 20+ years. He has always worked with my budget and provided great payment plans. I am so glad i did not go to Bosley.

Best Dermotologist in the world. Finds growths that needs attention. Did a fabulous hair transplant with no pain. Great man!
