Dr. Hilary Haack, DO

I highly recommend Dr. Haack! Both her and her medical assistant Amber have made me feel well cared for. Dr. Haack is a very good listener and is very up to date on the most recent standards of care. She challenges me in a supportive and informed way to have better health habits and she has been there for me when I have had difficult medical challenges. Her assistant Amber is so conscientious and supportive that between both of them I feel very lucky to have such a professional and caring team of caregivers in my life.

All of the negative reviews are spot on! Total disregard for what the patient wants or needs. Prescribes medicine that was not needed or wanted and then becomes unhinged when she learns you didn't follow her instructions. She is short on what constitutes a good Doctor-patient relationship. If things don't go her way, you then become a target.

I have read several of the negative reviews and I am happy to say, I did not share their experience. I found Dr. Haack to be engaging, articulate, and caring. Dr. Haack asked great questions and listened well to my answers. We agreed on a treatment plan and follow-up.

She is very rude, she knows more about your body than you do. God forbid you tell her something's wrong with you because she will let you know whether there is or not. She does not listen to you at all! She prescribes medications for you that she thinks is best, even when you feel horrible on them. And when you try to tell her, she does not want to hear it, because she is the doctor, not you. Very condescending, never has time for you, and over-charges her patients.

Dr. Haack has been my provider for over two years and had done an excellent job explaining my health problems and creating a plan to improve my health. She is very positive and kind.

I am absolutely blown away by the negative reviews provided for Dr. Hilary Haack. I have been a patient of hers for the last several years and I can't say enough good things about her. She always takes her time with me, listens to everything that I have to say and is very patient and understanding. I genuinely trust her with my care as she has uncovered fairly critical medical issues that needed to be address in a quick manner. She always makes sure she takes care of any of my concerns and I have never had to wait long for an appointment. I will be sad if I ever lose her as a physician! I could see a closer doctor, but travel a little distance because of the care she provides. She is definitely NOT arrogant like all of these reviews have mentioned.

She is rude, unprofessional and doesn’t listen to your concerns. She gives horrible advice and is highly argumentative. The worse doctor I have ever been in contact with! She tries to guilt trip you into doing things you aren’t comfortable with and has no regard for your thoughts or feelings. When you have a legitimate concern, she sweeps it under the rug and disregards what you say. HORRIBLE! Save yourself the stress and trouble find ANYONE else to go to. If I could give her negative stars, I would.

I agree with the first few reviews. She is arrogant and does not listen to patients needs. We will be terminating our relationship with her!!!

She pushed for my daughter to go on birth control simply because she is a teenager. She also pushed for the HPV vaccine for both of my kids. I expressed my concerns over certain things that I had read about this NEW vaccine. She was more than condescending! She said that whatever I had read could not be accurate. She then took my daughter aside in the hallway and told her that she didn't need me, and could choose to bar me from the exam room. Completely disrespectful and undermining to parent-child relationship!

She is indifferent, and has no respect for specialists. Also she is disrespectful to her patients. Has allot to learn about being a good doctor. Does not listen to my concerns or willing to discuss them. Totally miss diagnosis.

I totally agree with the first review above. She is condescending and arrogant. When ever another specialist as a different different diagnosis than her, she says " oh, he's not a very good doctor." These doctors are specialist in their field and have been practicing for 15 to 20 years. And how long has Miss Hack, oops, been practicing? 6 yrs, graduated in 2013.

Misdiagnosis and general indifference toward my needs. Dr. Haack is condescending and arrogant. She did not confer with other clinicians and completely missed a major medical condition. The name fits the level of service.

Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.
