Dr. Kelly as well as her entire staff are caring and professional. They are thorough in their examination and astute in their diagnosis. They greatly value the patient input and have excellent follow through with the patient’s recovery.

Astounded by some of these negative reviews! Dr. Kelly is one of the best MDs I have had in the past 75 years. She is personable, knowledgeable, warm and accurate in her diagnoses and her pain intervention. She actually touches my body to confirm pain locations, etc. I had been in back pain for years due to an injury and she made the correct intervention that has stopped the pain. I am so grateful.

She does not listen to what the patient says. There is, about her, a cynical attitude that implies, 'Whatever you're saying, I and only I know best'. Worse still is her staff; rude, incompetent, and this only begins to describe my experience with them. Finally, whatever Dr. Kelly did to reduce my hip pain, it did not work.

I agree with the other bad reviews. Office staff was rude, offices were filthy and the doctor is Untrustworthy, Incompetent and dishonest.

I scheduled a procedure with Dr.Kelly because my previous interaction with her was positive. Big mistake on my part! She has changed. She canceled my procedure the day before(that I waited 5wks for)without even speaking to me. I went to the Larkspur office and asked to speak with her and was told she was in Novato only for her to walk by me(so lie). She obviously considers herself above talking to patients these days. Another doctor with a god complex.. now I’m still in pain and have start the process all over again. If you have a choice choose someone else!!!

Her bedside manner leaves room for improvement. She is very sarcastic and makes a patient uncomfortable. Will answer a question with well, I don’t know! She did not help my condition and certainty seemed to not care. I changed Dr

Dr Kelly answered all my question she was willing to spend time and explain the procedure to me. I didn't feel rushed. It was refreshing to have a doctor spend time with you and not rush you out.

Dr. Kelly is an excellent doctor -- professional and compassionate. She explains every step of the PRP process as it is happening. I am very pleased with the results of the PRP injections.

She is the best doctor that I have ever dealt with. She listens, informative and does achieve curing her patient of pain problems.

The office needs a complete overhall. Phone calls aren't answered and messages not returned. Too many patients and the wait time for appointments is excessive.
