Dr Rosenblum is a wonderful doctor. His staff are very friendly and accommodating. Have NEVER had a problem whatsoever! I’ve be been seeing Dr Rosenblum for 10 + years at least. He did my cataract surgery about 4 years ago and made the experience comforting to me, had zero concerns. Highly recommend the doctor!

Though Rosenblum seems to be a good MD., his office staff and accounting made my life a living hell for 9 months. He accused me of non-payment of a bill. This caused me to spend days going over insurance payments, checks and credit card payments over and over to find an oversight that did not exist. I was refused contact with the Doctor to discuss the issue. THEN he threatened me with legal action. All bills submitted to my insurance by him were proven paid in full. No apology was ever offered.

I have been a patient of Dr Rosenblum for almost 2 years. He has done a good job on my eye exams like my previous eye Dr. I called to schedule my annual appt and was disrespected on the phone call and was told I could not schedule an appointment because I had an $80 balance. I agreed to pay this amount. Tina stated that I had to pay prior to my office visit. She then stated that they do not accept any form of payment besides check. I stated I would bring a check at my appt but she denied me care
