Terrible Experience
Saw Dr. Podoksik on 5.6.2024 in Vernon Hills. Entire visit lasted 12 minutes. Her examination of me consisted of placing the stethoscope on my chest, through all my clothing, for 10 seconds, while sitting in a chair. That was it! Her history consisted of looking at my list of medications and asking me what did I want. After 12 minutes, she told me the time was up. and to follow her to the front desk. Worse doctor experience I have ever had. Found out later that she was trained entirely in Russia. Will not see this doctor again.

Great Doctor
The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Podoksik was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns.

Would not recommend Dr. Podoksik. Not that kind of doctor who will listen and analyze your health issues. Very uninterested with your health concerns. Hard to reach. Only through Northshore connect. I got sick being out of town. Asked for an appointment or even a phone call. I received a careless respond only within a week. She never called me but her suggestion was to find a local doctor. That's all. Her stuff called me and scheduled tele appointment but she refused to see me on the phone explaining that she can't help me with the advice and test order. Not even a phone call or a question what's going on. That kind of response wasn't a first time. Worth experience I ever had!!!!!

Dr. Podoksik is a great doctor. She is caring and thorough and listens to her patient's concerns. She responds immediately to emails sent to her through North Shore Connect. It's amazing how she makes herself accessible to her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Podoksik.

If you are looking for the doctor who will listen and analyze your health issues, Dr Podoksik is not that kind of doctor. She did ask what treatment I had before or what works for me. She was just looking into computer and offering test based on what computer suggested.
