Horrible experience
If you want to wake up during your colonoscopy and the doctor do nothing about it, then go to Dr Knepp. Would NEVER recommend him.

Horrible nightmare!
A very horrible experience with Dr Knepp’s office personnel. I suffer with chronic diverticulitis, reflux, and irritable bowel syndrome. I have had several attacks of diverticulitis, (deadly possibility of intestinal rupture), to which I was unable to get the nurse or the office personal to have Dr Knepp call in to the pharmacy for antibiotics to treat my Diverticulitis. I have had this conversation a couple times with Mrs. Anderson the PA and Dr Knepp and nothing changed. Still unable to get appointment or prescription for emergency. I had to be hospitalized with a sever case of Intestinal sepsis. The surgeons are telling me I must have part of my colon removed and possibly my bowels. All could have been avoided had someone called in some antibiotics to the pharmacy. A very uncaring unconcerning staff.

This Doctor does not care about patients. Having bad problems I needed to see someone ASAP, but he declined to see me. If someone has cancer and needs immediate care, they will be in trouble trying to see this Doctor.

I love the efficiency of the office! The wait time is very short! The only thing I can complain about is the delayed wait time for procedures to be performed. Otherwise, Dr. Knepp is very precise, knowledgeable, and sincerely appreciates his patients by thanking them for allowing him to care for them. He is a phenomenal doctor!

I requested all of my medical records from his office after I switched to another doctor. I was amazed at all the incorrect information he (or his nurse) had written (e.g., symptoms were wrong). They clearly do not listen to the patient, which is why they do not correctly diagnose problems.
