Never
Husband went to hospital with chest pains. He sent us home and said it was heartburn!!! Next day my husband had the widow maker heart attack ! Almost died 3 times and had to have quadruple bypass!!! Would NEVER recommend him to anyone!

Office staff is the worst
Been a patient for 3 years? I haven’t actually seen the doctor in a year and a half, I just see the nurse practictioners. The office staff is the WORST. The make you appointsments at the wrong location, schedule you for tests that are not performed at the location they scheduled you, don’t tell you about special requirements ( no food, caffeine etc prior to certain. Procedures). If you love dealing with incompetence this is your place.

Great Doctor and great office
Dr Hameed is wonderful doctor cares about his patients. He has placed a stint in my carotid artery and checked for blockages in my legs and heart. He and his PA’s always greets you with a warm smile. I could not have found a better Doctor.

Great Dr Bad Staff
My experience with dr Hameed was very good. I like him as my dr he explained everything to you in detail. But not very happy with his staff they can’t seem to get things done dr Hameed wanted me to get a stress test and didn’t get the first one they tell me my insurance didn’t approve it but my insurance said they never received anything from the office now I’m trying to get the second one and I call and again they say my insurance has not got back to them I called my insurance and they say they still don’t have anything from dr Hameed office I’m not the one wanting the stress test dr Hameed is so he needs to get his staff on the ball if I don’t get it this time I’m not going to worry about it anymore

Very satisfied with all aspects. I live 160 miles from Decatur, they have always worked with me on testing. He treats my sister and grand-daughter very pleased. He has always taken very good care of all of us. He set up cabbage in 2018. I'm very thankful.

1st and 2nd visit Dr. Hameed took personal calls during my visit. He apologized the first time only. Front office staff take your vitals, not s nurse. No return call from their billing department. I had to call my insurance to find out what service being charged.

I am thankful to have a Doctor like Dr. Hameed. His no nonsense, to the point top rate care is excellent. Regarding his support staff - as with all businesses, some personnel are great - some are just awful. I simply tell myself that the Cardiologist is the one who will save my life so I'll just put up with the front desk personnel's faults.
