Once again, my experience with Dr. Kasteler and his staff was a positive one. Everyone is friendly, professional and eager to help with any questions. Dr. Kasteler was very kind and knowledgeable.
The front desk receptionist was very courteous and the Doctors assistant was very helpful. The wait time was not long at all and was in and out quickly with the procedure that needed to be done.

Excellent Care
Dr. Kasteler is pleasant, patient, a great listener and gets right to the point. On this visit he lightly scraped a small sample of skin. After examining it in a nearby room he quickly returned with a diagnoses and prescribed treatment. This was my second visit in the past year. Both times I was extremely satisfied.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Kind, Caring
The doctor and his staff are so nice to talk with, they care about the patient and the patients concerns and issues, and they take the time to listen fully to the patient and give detailed explanations. I do not feel rushed when I see Dr. Kasteler and his team. I normally come with a list of items I would like to ask him about or show him and he always takes the time to go over them with me patiently and professionally. He is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. His front office staff and his medical staff are friendly, patient, kind and basically great to work with!

Great Dermatologist, Great Staff
Staff was very friendly and also efficient. Dr. Kasteler was very personable and asked several times if I had any other concerns or questions. He correctly diagnosed, and confirmed with a biopsy, the reason for my rash. The prescribed medication cleared it up before the follow-up visit the next week.

Today, I had my first visit with Dr. Kasteler and immediately I knew he was the doctor for me. I feel so relieved knowing that the health of my skin is in good hands. He was thorough about my treatment plan and explained exactly why my current medications were not working. I fear I’ve been remiss, as this is the first time I have ever taken the time to provide a review for medical services. (I’m 65) My long time Dermatologist retired in 2020 during the COVID shut here in AZ. So, I finally decided to shop for a new Doctor. While on-line reviews are not without their flaws, it’s a place to start and it's my “go to” starting point. I found Dr. Kasteler, 875 N. Greenfield RD, in Gilbert AZ and his reviews were excellent, so off I went. Getting an appointment was incredibly easy and his office staff and assistants were extremely pleasant and friendly. But Dr. Kasteler was the main attraction. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and very approachable. A great sense of humor and just an enjoyable person to interact with. Answered all of my questions, treated what was needed but nothing that didn’t need attention. Made sure he was younger than I am so as to guarantee myself a great Doctor for years to come! I would recommend him without hesitation!
