I made an appointment a few days ago so I took a day off work to go, well I get phone call from the doc office about 20min. before my app. said they have to cancel the app. because I need to fill out paper work so can become their patient. So now I wasted a day off work because the office did not their job to the last minute, but guess their do not care , they could way ahead of time so I did not need to take off work. If they told me ahead of time I could fill out the paperwork, a wasted day
