Professional, yet friendly. I always feel like he really listens to my concerns and formulates a plan to help me. I have had great results with his treatments.

Jack is kind, patient, efficient, respectful, and easy to talk to. Most importantly, he is quite skilled and gifted at his craft. His injections relieved 90% of my elderly father’s neck pain, and in the past he has brought similar long-lasting relief to my husband’s chronic low-back pain, after a similar injection from a different provider at another practice failed to help. I have nothing but gratitude and praise for Dr. Smith!

Welcoming staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. They took care of me right away. Wait was less then 15 minutes, not bad since I was 15 minutes early. Lady that greeted me and took me back was very nice and professional. The doctor greeted me and went over the procedure as well as answering all my questions. He gave his recommendations and post op instructions, so initial meeting went well. There is a lot of trust given to a doctor in knowing they are doing a procedure on me that could be life changing. I will pray for his mind and hands that day of surgery and hope all ends well. Thank you

This visit was absolutely perfect everything went well as planned and the injections worked great for almost five hours and gave me more than 80% relief from my constant pain although after the injections I did have an odd experience with severe pain down my left leg which also felt weak but after an hour all my pain was diminished !!!

I would be more comfortable if he would explain the procedure and expected outcomes before sticking needles in me instead of arriving, sticking me and leaving. It would be inline with the overall practice.

He was nice and helpful but not overly friendly. He stuck to the task at hand and that’s it. No frills. I have no complaints really he was good all the way through the appointment and I felt heard. He did more for my condition than I actually anticipated. I just felt slightly dismissed towards the end but I think that was just his task master personality. Overall I would recommend him based off my first visit.
