Replaced both knees
The staff was absolutely great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Made me feel comfortable, explained the procedure both PA Renee Covey and Dr. Jones did a great job. Highly recommend them both.

Left knee replacement
Dr Jones listened to my concerns, he pointed out what needed and should be done. Surgery was very easy for me, the PT has been great and the recovery is going smoothly. Dr Jones is a great surgeon

We love Dr. Jones and his staff!
My hip replacement by Dr. Jones was so successful…when I need the other done, Dr. Jones will do it again….he’s the best. Friendly, supremely competent and accessible, as are his colleagues, we’re so fortunate he is in Reno! My husband’s new knee is perfect too…..we both highly recommend Dr. Jackson Jones at ROC.

Dr. Jones did a fabulous job of replacing my hip. He explained what I needed to know clearly. Recovery is easy-peasy. :)

Just....no!
His hubris is beyond measure. He did not listen to my concerns or how I was feeling, but made incorrect assumptions without inquiring further. I was made to feel like I was lucky he was even considering being my surgeon, after receiving a lecture about what a joke (another medical profession that was treating me) is. Changed providers immediately!

Excellent Doctor
Dr. Jones is personable and pleasant. He explains things well but more importantly he is an excellent surgeon. He replaced my hip 3 years ago and I am going back for the second one with complete confidence.

One of the Best! A true Gem!
Dr, Jones is a true expert in what he does! He is well-educated, well-trained , professional, and has the ability to pull all the important issues together. I feel very fortunate to have found him! My two new knees are my best body parts ! He has a wonderful PA, Assistant and Surgical Nurse that are easy to get a hold of and work well together. I can't say enough nice things about this very accomodating team and I am very picky about medical care.

Excellent experience.
Dr Jones was recommended to me by more than one person. I live 3.5 hours away and was willing to travel to get the best treatment! His expertise and ability to see some significant changes in my bone structure guided me to do have my knee fixed first and then then my hip.

Excellent surgeon
This was my second hip replacement with Dr. Jones and I couldn't be happier with the results. What I appreciate most is his skill as a surgeon. He and his team cover all the bases with pre-surgery and post surgery care. I highly recommend him for hip replacement surgery.

Dr. Jackson Jones and ROC Staff
Five separate trips to the ROC and my experiences have been nothing but exemplary. Very professional: No waiting, staff is prepared and very competent from the people at the front desk to the x-ray technicians. Everyone. Dr. Jones is super clear, patient, and thorough. It is very clear why he is among the best in his field.
