Had consultation visit and were very pleased with entire experience. Penny at the front desk was very helpful, thoughtful and efficient at her job.
Dr. Morgan's assistant, Kelsey was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Morgan not only showed kindness and patience with our questions, but was very knowledgeable and we left with ultimate confidence in his abilities. Would definitely recommend this doctor and his office staff.

We were prompt for our 1:00pm appointment and we asked politely if we could wait in the car since the Coronavirus pandemic isn’t kind on the elderly. The receptionist said “well it’s 1:00 and you’re his 1:00 appointment. It’s after 2pm and we are still waiting for Dr Morgan to show up. This is unnecessarily risky and I am in tears.

Dr. Jackson Morgan has joined a new group in Savannah and I did not experience any of the support problems with his office that other reviewer(s) have noted. Just the opposite: they were friendly and efficient. Dr. Morgan is one of the most accomplished Maxillofacial Surgeons practicing in Savannah. He does some of the most complicated reconstructive surgeries in town over at Memorial Hospital for crash victims.
His attitude and professionalism are exemplary.

Awesome sauce: Dr. Jackson removed wisdom teeth for my hubby & I & he made us feel calm & comfortable before, throughout & after the procedure. He is both knowledgeable & thoughtful. We wish that he could be our Primary Care Doc too :) it's hard to find bedside manner like that. The nursing staff were nice & the frontdesk were on top of things! Donna & Caroline answered countless questions & were even able to get a lower price quote from the insurance company. Glad we chose this office!

I went there with my son for his Wisdom teeth. The frint office staff was great they went out of there way to help me with my insurance and Co pay. I love the office very clean and the staff was great!! The Dr was awesome ! I would recommend all of my friends to them . Great experence!!

The 2 ladies in the front office are wonderful! Great dental experience with Dr. Morgan and his staff. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care.

I only saw Dr Morgan for a short period but he seemed thorough and competent. His office however is another story.
They blamed my insurance and Obama because they never sent my xrays to my insurance. So no surgery for me, and a waste of days off and childcare on top of it because they didn't let me know now till 4:50 the day before.
Rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere else just not to have to deal with the worst office staff in Savannah.

The staff and custome service provided was horrible. The front desk desk are very rude, specifically Caroline and Donna. They won't return phone calls. They are not courteous. And they hang up on customers. They expect customers to do what doctor's offices should be doing. It's unfortunate because the doctor provides thorough feedback and treatment, however due to the horrible service received from the front office, makes patients not want to return EVER. I would not recommend to anyone!
