Dr. Liu doesn’t rush through a visit. He takes time to answer questions and explain what is going on.

Dr Liu is always very nice and helpful

Dr. Liu is prepared for your visit, knows your history (for returning patients), works smoothly with other staff. Listens carefully and asks questions to check for understanding. Takes care of as much as possible during the visit. Efficient, but never rushes the patient. Follows up on anything not taken care of on site.

Dr. Liu has been my PCP since 2020 and I cannot recommend him enough. He’s thorough, empathetic, and has excellent bedside manner. None of my appointments feel rushed and I feel comfortable and confident bringing my concerns to him without the fear of being judged or dismissed. He is intentional with his approach to finding solutions to medical concerns (suggests bloodwork to get to the root, doesn’t just throw prescriptions at a problem, asks inquisitive follow up questions, etc. ). As a black woman, I have unfortunately been dismissed by medical professionals in the past. Dr. Liu has been a breath of fresh air and has given me hope for the future of healthcare.

I have been a patient of Dr. Liu’s since he joined 5 Points COPC, and have been with the practice for over 15 years. He is everything you’d want in a Dr.; highly knowledgeable, intelligent, kind, thoughtful, patient-centered, insightful and oh so funny! I may not always be feeling my best when I find myself in his office. But I always look forward to the visit and very much enjoy my visits with Dr. Liu and staff!

Dr. Liu provided an excellent diagnosis by carefully and thoughtfully listening to my symptoms. He has been an excellent physician for my family for several years. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Liu came to a practice I had been with since the day I was born and after my previous doctor retired, Dr. Liu took his place. I thought I would give him a chance as I had known no other doctors. He has proven to be a completely amazing doctor, that cares highly about his patients and takes his time everytime I am in for a visit and listens to all of my concerns! I feel I am in great hands and highly recommend!

Excellent first visit with Dr. Liu. He truly knows his stuff. His knowledge was up to date and detailed. He was patient, kind, truly took his time. Answered all of my questions and kept asking me if there is anything else he could do. He was willing to answer the old question - What would you do if you were me? Dr. Liu is both professional & personable. He is ready to listen and respond to your questions or concerns. He has been my physician for about 3 yrs now and is the best one I’ve ever had. I would, and have, highly recommended him to my friends and family. The rest of the staff at Five Points Physicians are top notch as well. An all around well-run practice, in my opinion.

Dr Liu listens and helps the patient make a decision about their care and medications. He answers questions completely and asks if you need more information. Dr Liu never hurries the interaction whether in person or on Telehealth. I highly recommend him to friends whenever appropriate.
