Excellent experience
I found Ms. Velo to be very thorough and knowledgeable. She was very efficient, asked good questions and listened to my answers, probing for more information she felt was necessary. She summarized our meeting well, told me what to expect, and was always very pleasant - I never felt she was 'rushing to meet a quota.' I highly recommend her.
