Experience
Dr. White was extremely helpful during my pregnancy in 2019. When I was having complications and admitted to Ingalls, she came to the hospital to see about me. She even exercised her medical expertise in the matter of my GI condition. If it weren’t for her and Dr. Wallace, I may have loss my daughter. They were hands and amazing. I am thankful for everything they did and now have a thriving two year girl as a result of their care.

I have been seeing Dr. White for nearly 10 years. She has always been very attentive, caring and very easy to talk to. I appreciate the relationship I’ve built with Dr. White which is one of the most important things for me (she’s well qualified so her abilities were never a concern for me). My pregnancy and delivery were both great experiences and at no point was I concerned about not being informed or in good care. She was very patient with me as a new mom having so many questions. With the high rates of black women dying during child birth, it’s important for me to have an ob/gyn I can trust and knows has my best interest regardless of race. Even when my employment/insurances changes regardless of my coverage I will continue to see Dr. White. When I loss my health insurance she reassured me she was just a call away. During my pregnancy I traveled 40mins at times from my appointment back home because I knew I was in good care.

By her credentials it would seem that Dr. White is the perfect choice as an OB/GYN. Her demeanor was great and I have no doubt about her skills. Refilling a prescription for premarin became my last straw. My insurance company said a refill was denied BY MY DOCTOR'S office. Monday the office was closed. Tuesday I called and before I could get the sentence out the receptionist flippantly blamed the insurance. I got a message later naming another doc in the practice and to return the call!

Dr. White is not thorough. I do not trust her knowledge/decision making abilities. She does not listen to you or your concerns. She constantly over talks you when you try expressing yourself. Dr. White is not timely with updating her patient portal and/or getting back results to tests and procedures. She lacks compassion, empathy and the ability to connect with her patients. I would not recommend anyone to come to her.

Would NOT recommend anyone to visit this office. They are unprofessional, rude, and change medical records retroactively in order for the doctor to get paid more! They take forever, Dr. is not very knowledgable and often says to ask the nurses.

As a new patient, I had to wait in the waiting room for more than 1 hr to see the doctor. Also, Doctor White performed my GYN exam with long finger nails that made the exam extremely uncomfortable; keep the nails for your social, not professional, life. Will never go back.

After being Menopausal for 6 years I began bleeding and having issues urinating. After 3-4 months/appts, biopsy, internal exams, ultrasound with Dr White I sought 2nd opinion. Within a minute of exam Dr. found prolapsed urethra low estrogen level cervix lining bleeding. Doctor decided it best not to wait 3 more months of testing but scheduled surgery. Results: complete hysterectomy-fibroids-cysts-cancer cells growing at an alarming rate.Repaired urethra. If I waited I would be look diff outcome.

This facility/dr.(s) are extremely difficult, I had to change gyne's because they refuse er appts.! I called to get in to see Dr. White, with what could be an emergency and was told I could come in now (i'm at work) or wait until July...it's May 10. So having severe bleeding outside of a period isn't cause enough to accommodate me! And this is every single time I need an appt., emergency or not. Dr. White AND staff are extremely rude.

While I liked Dr White herself, the amount of time to get in to see her, even as an established patient, is not conducive to anyone needing anything other than a routine exam. I asked for an appointment on November 19. The first available would be end of January and if I needed anything after 4, it was February. I am a patient there, have seen both doctors, and I have a chronic medical issue. I let them know it was urgent and was still given that long to wait.
