A doctor with very traditional view
He is the doctor found my thyoid cancer. Very careful. He also ordered Thyoidseq to go with the biopsy. He called me the moment he got the results and saw me the next day. All these happened 4 years ago. I was so scared. I ask is there possiblity to keep some of my thyoid. He only said: It is cancer, why do you want to keep it. Is him wrong? No. Is that helpful? No. I then was booked to a surgen works close with him. The option was strange. I finally canceled the surgery. I felt horrible. I tried 2nd opionin, but also with a so so doctor. I felt I am abondant by morden medicine for 4 years. But this year, I finally found the doctor I can trust.

Very happy w Dr. Chen
Dr Chen has been treating me for a thyroid problem for 6 or 7 years and with his help, my thyroid condition has been perfectly under control since I started coming to him when I was initially diagnosed. I have always found him to be kind, gentle and helpful, and he is always willing to answer any questions that I might have. I have also never found his staff to be anything other than pleasant and helpful and he and his staff seem to be pretty on time with scheduling. I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes when I arrive for my appointment, unlike many doctors that keep you waiting for 30 to 60 minutes before they call you in and then leave you for another 20 minutes sitting alone in the exam room! Overall for years I've been very pleased with all of my experiences with Dr Chen and with his office.

One of the least compassionate, aggressive, condescending doctors I’ve ever met. Aggressively checks thyroid to the point you feel like you’ll faint. Tells you that your symptoms don’t natter, only blood work. Never use this guy.

He's a good doctor but the staff That's he have working in his office is very bad not help the patients that's go there be careful when you ask the secretary if he takes your insurance she might give you the wrong info that's happen to me now I'm stock with a huge bill 5 stars for the doctor 0 stars for the staff
