Dr. Enabling is amazing. I went in with a rather difficult problem. He knew and understood the pain I was in and scheduled surgery for the next day. He explained the procedure and what to expect. He is very personable and down to earth and takes time with his patients so you don’t feel like he is cranking out as many patients as he can in a day. He is always willing to answer any questions you have no matter how trivial they may seem. He goes above and beyond for his patients.

Extreme pain are the steroid shots delivered in the foot, and are nothing more than a temporary fix. I won't see those doctors again. I made an appt. w/ Dr. Engblom who removed an ingrown toenail & I knew the shots would be painful like steroid. He assured me of a painless procedure. He was right. He talked me through the operation and I must say IF EVER I NEEDED A FOOT DOCTOR AGAIN, HE IS THE DOCTOR TO SEE.

Foot problem with ingrown toenail? Best remedies! – Oct 08, 2020

Since I was a child I have had issues with ingrown toenails. I've seen multiple doctors who removed the nails or partially removed them. Many numbing techniques were used..many different ways of bandaging (some so large with swelling I couldn't wear shoes) and ALL very painful. Dr. Engblom was able to remove the affected area, make sure properly done so growth wouldn't return and with very little pain. It was bandaged with small covering and I wore my regular shoe home. AMAZING JOB!

The staff is excellent and doc goes well above what is expected. I even had him to offer and perfom a minor surgery when I was there for a different issue. I think most others would have made another apt. This saved me a great deal of time and a copay. This guy is just awesome besides just that.

He has always taken time to discuss problems and actually gets to know you as a person not just a patient. Dr. Engblom was kind enough to explain in detail how he would treat my nail fungus although the medication was not normally used in this particular way. It took exactly the length of time to cure as he had said it would. Scheduling appointments has always been easy and at the time that fit my schedule. His staff have always been kind, considerate and very helpful.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Engblom?
I went to Dr Engblom with very high expectation of needing surgery. Instead he proposed an approach to 're-train' the problem toe to stay where is it supposed to be. I was rather skeptical at first, but committed to following his recommendation. It took some patience, but it worked exactly as he predicted and almost right on the schedule he predicted. Avoiding surgery is always welcome in my book.

He was easy to talk to and very good at communicating via phone before and after surgery. I found him to explain in detail before my surgery what he planned to do.
