Dr Hoover is very patient focused. He listens, asks appropriate questions, and offers good, workable solutions to help his patient feel at ease. I find him extremely likeable, thoughtful, professional, and human. I enjoy our visits, and unless l forget to ask the question, always come away with a plan to address the situation.

I highly recommend Dr. James Hoover. He and his group (COPC) is extremely proficient, and has taken great care of my health needs. Always takes the extra time to listen to patients, and explain treatment and options. His medical secretary Regina is always very helpful and accommodating as well. 100%!
