Dr. McMahan and his staff are exceptional. I had reconstruction of my breast reconstruction. He is an amazing surgeon. I can actually sleep on my sides and my stomach. I am so pleased with my results.

Dr. McMahan was the only cosmetic surgeon I considered when experiencing problems from a previous breast augmentation by another physician requiring a bilateral capsulectomy and re-augmentation mammaplasty. His cost for the procedure was very reasonable and includes post-op follow-up.

Dr. McMahan is an artist with a scalpel. I'm a 53-year old woman who had a breast reduction 20+ years ago. Unfortunately for me, my breasts got bigger, heavier, and more "pendulous" over the years. I visited Dr. McMahan to enquire about another reduction. He explained to me how it could cause nipple necrosis and said he couldn't do it. But... instead of sending me away, Dr. McMahan figured out a way to do a breast lift with liposuction that turned out to be exactly what I needed. Scarring is minimal and Dr. McMahan even managed to perfectly line up the tattoos I got to cover up the previous breast reduction scars! Dr. McMahan is the best in Columbus at breast augmentation. I had my original implants placed by him over 20 years ago and recently had replaced only because of the FDA recall of textured implants. He did a great job. I also know many other people who have went to him for breast augmentation everyone I know is happy with their results and highly recommends him.

Dr McMahan listened carefully as I tried to decide how to proceed with removing my implants. He was very patient with me and tried to hear what I really wanted and didn’t pressure me to do anything. He detailed what to expect. I was prepared for the worst based on some pics I’ve seen but I could not be happier! He did do a mini lift and removed some excess skin and I couldn’t be happier. I also didn’t have to take any pain meds at all - pain was minimal. Office is friendly and always on time - no long waits. Overall I felt he truly wanted to do what’s best for me. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

This is not the place to go for laser tattoo removal. I was treated without any pain relief offered for my first visit. He gave me a prescription for a topical numbing cream to use before my next treatment if desired. It was more painful than childbirth. When I relocated and continued my laser tattoo removal treatment elsewhere, I learned that the industry standard is to use lidocaine injections to numb the tattoo area completely before treatment to manage pain. My sessions with other professionals have been pain-free.

I came to Dr. McMahan on a referral from a friend. I have long considered a tummy tuck to repair my abdominal muscles after two prior surgeries in college for a bowel resection left me with my ab muscles cut straight in half (and 2 pregnancies did not help the area!). Dr. McMahan explained everything to me in detail during my consultation and I signed up for the surgery that day. His office staff was WONDERFUL preparing me for the day of surgery and making sure all of my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable. I was undoubtedly nervous the day of surgery but Dr. McMahan, the nursing staff and the remaining staff at the surgery center made me feel so at ease. The entire process was seamless and exceeded my expectations. I was extremely comfortable after surgery and the pain was far less than I anticipated. Dr. McMahan called me the night of surgery to check in and continued to follow my care throughout recovery. He is a phenomenal surgeon and I am so thrilled with my results!

I HIGHLY Recommend Dr. McMahan and his staff! I have always dreamed of a mommy makeover after gaining/losing 50+lbs with both of my children.
