Would not recommend
Dr. Rhee was dismissive and abrupt. After some grumbling, he looked over the medical files brought for him to review. I felt unheard, belittled, and helpless during my appointment. I would recommend going with another doctor with a better bedside manner who will take the time to listen and actually cares about you.

Dr. Rhee is very kind and caring. He listens, and explains medical problems very clearly, as well as presenting conservative options (like physical therapy) and other more advanced options (like surgery or epidural injections when appropriate). He will tell you the risks and benefits of both approaches. He's an excellent physician.

Dr. Rhee charged me $105. for a "consultation fee" just to tell me I wasn't a candidate for help. His colleague told him to wait for the MRI's, then do the epidural injections. They hurt, but told me "to come in for a follow up consultation, for another $105." He said, "Since they were only 65% effective, instead of 85%, there was nothing more he could do, & good luck." He could have told me that over the phone, since I had mailed in my pain diary, instead of charging me another $105. to tell me that nothing would work on my lower back. Greedy & uncaring.

Dr Rhee is extraordinary. He listened, spent a great deal of time with me and took into account all diagnoses and treatment options which he explained clearly. During my injection procedure, he was very reassuring and patient. He is by far one of the best doctors and physiatrists I've met. And I've seen quite a few. The office staff is kind and friendly. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment.

Dr. Rhee is the worst doctor i have ever met. I wish i would have read all the reviews about him before i went to see him. He doesn't even deserve this star he needs a negative 10 stars! He is an unsympathetic and uncaring doctor. He didn't care about anything i had said to him and seemed he just wanted a quick buck and after that push patients away. Would not recommend Dr. Rhee to ANYONE!!! If you were wise you wouldn't waste your time with this doctor, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Rhee is ridiculously apathetic. He has lost his passion for what he does. He rushes you thru an appointment and does not listen to concerns, but he's got another patient waiting. I would not trust him handling my health needs....ever. So grateful I was referred to another doctor who immediately sensed I had been misguided by Dr Rhee.
