Doesnt care about patients. Wanted to do surgery on my daughter until he realized we hadn't met our insurance deductible. Wouldnt even discuss payment plans or options just told us to let her suffer

Went in for a prednisone script for tinnitus, He looked in my ear and nose, and CHARGED ME $1000. Was in the office 10 minutes. I appealed to his billing department, was treated rudely, and told the examination amounted to "surgery". NEVER AGAIN.

Actually, I am the husband of Michelle and was there to support my wife who is going through a pretty rough time. I have 0 patience and as soon as I walked through the door I had seen a HUGE crowd and I thought...this is gonna be fun!! But as I walked up to the front desk around the corner I was greeted by a very nice young lady (because we were late). The secretary was nice, smiled and listened to what I had to say. She encouraged me that there was no worries. They took care of my wife. Thanks

I had called in to unfortunately reschedule a very important appointment. The secretary had numerous calls coming in because I could hear the other phone ringing in the background...but instead of immediately putting me on hold she took the time to listen why I needed to reschedule. She was very courteous and friendly. Thanks staff for caring!! ?? Highly recommendable!!!

Very friendly staff. Quick to schedule. Have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Took very good care of my child. Very pleased with the care we have received for the last 10 years.

He was able to get us in very quickly when my son needed tubes. It's been a year since surgery and every appointment has gone well, they always call with reminders, and he's very friendly with my children.

Office staff are rude and inconsiderate. I called to reschedule and forgot the rescheduled appointment. There was no call to remind me of the appointment and the message that was left on my voice-mail and when I talked with the lady in the office was rude. I will not go to this office. Luckily my issue that I needed to see him for is cleared up. She did information me that I will be charged $50 for missing the appointment. I'm just glad I don't need to go see them.

Not to happy with my visit and the dr seemed to think I just needed surgery for a deviated septum instead of checking the under lying problem with my ears. Also I belive the lady in the office who is Amber was VERY rude and had no code of ethics at all. I think I would revisit my office staff and I seen another person walk out. We waited for over an hour he had 4 booked for the same time!

I have never been more upset with a doctor's office than this one. I have been fighting to have my child's tonsils out for 2 years now and everytime we have an appt, I get a run around story on how we should wait longer. Also, the receptionist Amber is the most rude receptionist I have ever talked to. She was so mean and then hung up on me. I would recommend going else where. These people do not care about their patients or their health.
