Dr. James Seeley III, MD

I told my elderly dad, Seeley's patient, to get a new PCP, over a year ago. Too many reasons as to why. Seeley's Nurse BONNIE is beyond RUDE, lacks compassion, too busy spewing her words & Refuses to listen to a word you say. Never dealt with a ruder Dr.'s employee than her. Bonnie made a point of Calling Me, no reason to, After I complained about her. In that call Bonnie couldn't STRESS enough that a specialty Dr. was trying to & were STILL trying to get ahold of my dad. If she had let me speak she would have learned that Dr. was Currently treating my dad & had been for the last 6 weeks. I hung up on her as all she did was lecture me on information she had WRONG and wouldn't let me speak. Dad is homebound now, & Seeley's ofc has to see dad at ofc to refer him to anything. Weeks ago I dropped off a non-emergency transport referral form to his office, it needs to be signed by PCP to get Dad to Dr. appointments as he needs an ambulance to get there. I still don't have that signed form.

I was scheduled for MRI on Dec. 27 of 2024 at Premier Radiology in Hendersonville, TN. I'm still for my results from Dr. Seeleys office after talking ( finally) to BONNIE on Monday, Jan 6th in which she was suppose to return my call with results, which is yet to happen, they won't answer the phone ir return phone calls. But maybe no news is good news.

Dr. Seeley, has aways been a devoted medical professional. Jim doesn't play around, like so many in this profession. Just like all of us, he can get overwhelmed, his chairside ideas, maybe not you want to hear. Yet he provides you with the upmost respect, care, and support you could ever find. Dr. Seeley is the best you could hope for in a true doctor. I have known him for 40 plus years. My family has been greatful for this man to be a big part of our medical health family. Dr. Seeley is an intelligent and kind physician, he helped me so much when I lost my 35 year old son to type two diabetes, he understood my needs & wrote RX’s to help with my stomach & nausea pain as well as my bladder infection God took care of healing my broken heart He’s a wonderful and caring doctor, he’s that way every time I see him, his office staff is also very kind & caring! I trust Dr. Seeley & his staff dearly!
