Won't listen to your concerns
Dr. Townes office won't call me back and when I talked to someone about my referral they wouldn't make me an appointment bc Dr. Townes refered me to a Dysautonomia clinic. When I had my first appointment for low cortisol she wouldn't even listen to me. She wouldn't look at my lab work of a 24 hour collection I brought showing symptoms of Cushing's disease bc she said that's not why I was referred. She was rude and only saw me for 5 minutes and I felt so unheard. Again they are ignoring me bc of her stubbornness to see me for my referral of Cushing's now. She doesn't care about her patients and doesn't listen to anything you say.

My appointment was at 10:30 and I did not leave the office until after 12. When I was called back there was no room, therefore sitting in the corner of the hallway.
