Staff and doctor very unprofessional. I try to support other African American professions as much as possible. I called to establish myself as a new patient and receptionist hung up the phone on me. I had to call her office back to complete the appointment. When I went to the office for the appointment for a physical Janet Gibson told me that she couldn't give me a physical because that's not why her staff told her I was visiting. She cuts you off when you're talking. Never going back!

Dr. Gibison is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had to see a Dr fast and she took me in the next day. She has helped me with the problem but we are still working on dosage. I need a pre authorization to get the meds I need still having a problem with her getting that done.

I've had nothing but positive experiences from Dr Gibson and her staff. She is always very attentive and takes extra time to listen and address all of my concerns. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a competent, caring primary care physician.

I read the reviews before going to Dr. Gibson, and thought I would at least give her the benefit of the doubt - worst decision, I wish i had listened to them This is by far the worst doctor I have encountered, her and her staff are extremely rude and unprofessional! I left the office in shock that she even still has a practice, and I was vibrating I was so mad and upset with how the visit went. DO NOT GO TO HER!!
