Dr. Janine Meza, MD

Dr. Meza is a fantastic surgeon and just a great person overall! She performed an outpatient surgery on me and did such a great job minimizing my recovery time, and her incision was so precise and thoughtful that I have no visible scarring! Her surgery center staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful in making sure I was as comfortable as could be. I highly recommend Dr. Meza and appreciate her for taking such good care of me.

Dr Meza has been my husbands doctor for 7 years. She put in his feeding tube. We have seen her yearly because of this, plus some other surgical consults for him. She has been amazingly kind and thorough. Jill has been over the top kind to us. It shocked me to read anyone had a bad experience with her. She is lovely.

Dr. Meza performed emergency surgery on my son - his appendix. Her bedside manner was 10/10 and her surgical skills surpassed even that. We felt cared for, communicated with and in not just great hands - but the best of hands.

Dr. Meza fixed did an excellent job of fixing my hernia. I have had very little pain and recovery has been swift. The benefits of her many years of experience is obvious.

Dr.Meza literally saved my life when I had a ruptured appendix and many complications afterwards. I have had other doctors comment on my small appendectomy scar and she was willing to perform a second surgery after I developed adhesions. I was pregnant at the time when my appendix burst, and my local hospital was unwilling and unable to help me so I was referred to PSL where Dr.Meza worked. She was my doctor during my 6 week hospital stay and I highly recommend her.

Dr Meza is a great doctor! Very genuine! I would definitely recommend Dr Meza to friends and family! Also Dr Meza has the sweetest receptionist that is very kind from the time you walk in the door til the time you walk out the door!!!

My appointment with Dr. Meza was one of three consultations (with separate surgeons) for a lumpectomy. In contrast to the other surgeons' offices, Jill (w/Dr. Meza) was not willing to order my records, nor did she know the process for getting the records. When I arrived for my appt, she failed to tell me that Dr. Meza had been called to an emergency of an unknown duration (a patient told me). While none of this was egregious, it told me that Dr. M's office is not willing to go the extra mile.

The receptionist Jill is unprofessional. Jill belittled me, Jill had me harassed by security for an emergency medical situation. For the second time she embarrassed me for my emergency medical condition. Had the nerve to laugh at my medical conditions as well. The receptionist needs to go 0 Stars just for the receptionist herself. I wouldn't even recommend doctor Meza. I feel like she doesn't even deserve a star but I have to mark something in order to post.
