Continually cancels appointments
Do not bother to book with this doctor if you are a new patient. I have been waiting to see him since June and had his office cancel on me twice. No accommodations made to get me in sooner. They canceled on me today a few hours before my appointment and tell me they can’t get me in until January or February now even though it wasn’t me who canceled the appointments. Bill the coordinator is rude and abrasive.

Staff was very friendly. Dr Dawson listened to my issues and prescribed needed procedures. I'm very happy with my new doctor.

Dr. Dawson was friendly and really took the time to listen to me describe my symptoms. He let me know what he was thinking and gave me a tentative gameplan about the next steps to take care of my illness. It was the first doctor visit in a while where I didn't feel like I was being rushed out of the door. I would recommend him to anyone.

His staff are very rude. The women that answer the phones and schedule appointments. Very unprofessional. I found a different Dr.

Dr. Dawson has been seeing me for several months now regarding an issue he has placed me on medication to see if this issue is resolved sometimes when I'm having health issues I'm not able to perform my job duties at work and in order to keep my job I needed flm a papers filled out for at least a month to see if the medication dr. Dawson put me on will work he refused to fill out my paperwork but insist on me taking medications I do not understand why since he is seeing me for my issue
