More Concerned With His Ego Than His Patient
The staff were wonderful, Jason Kemberling was not. I attempted to explain that I very much did not want to hear the details of the surgery as it would cause me extreme anxiety and stress, but he instead cut me off and threatened to end the session then and there. I attempted to try explaining another way, he outright ignored my concerns and spent 35 minutes going over 'his' special technique that he came up with for performing the surgery in excruciating detail. When we got to the exam portion, he stated that his technique might not be able to work because I was too tight, but he didn't even offer the original technique (double incision) his was based on, regardless of it likely working better for my case.In short, the staff are friendly, Jason Kemberling is so full of himself that he would rather harm a patient than do anything other than his method.

I felt Dr. Kemberling was more concerned with putting another feather in his hat (completing another robotic radical prostatectomy) rather than spending an appropriate amount of time saving nerves and continence. The worst experience of my life!!! After the procedure he never explained to me the issues that I would be faced with.... a total disaster!!

Dr. Kemberling is a superior surgeon and person. He performed surgery on my husband and provided a great outcome both surgically and emotionally. He was supportive and spent time with both of us prior to surgery and during the recovery period. He is a surgeon that cares about his patients! His skills and warm bedside manner are great. I would highly recommend him to my family and anyone who needed his care.

Dr. Kemberling is an outstanding physician and person. He cares about helping you and is warm and personable. I trust him. He performed my surgery. My outcome could not have been better and I thank him deeply for it. Throughout the process he listened to my concerns, explained the process and made time to answer my questions. If you check around his skills are highly regarded. If a friend or family member needed care I would encourage them to see Dr. Kemberling. He is a good man and I would recommend anyone to see him.

[Grade is only based on scheduling] I was in the ER for 2 kidney stones (1 "large" and 1 "extremely large").ER doctor told me to make an appointment with Kemberling ASAP.I filled out his web form to be called back&also had a call into the office for them to call back to get an appointment. Wasn't contacted for either. Eventually had my Personal Assistant drive to their office to make an appointment and was told that he didn't have openings for 2 months! Pretty sure it won't be a problem by then!

Two Kindey Stones in MN – Feb 27, 2019

Dr. Kemberling did not have the skills or knowledge to handle a floating kidney so he outright rejected my case without explaination. He knew it was impacting my ability to urinate, causing me severe abdominal pain, dizziness, ringing ears, heart palpitations, and has left me bed bound for months. I provided the ultrasound report that showed my kidney is pressed against my abdomen and his nurse said he saw no reason for a consult, go back to the person who ordered ultrasound. Terrible doctor!

My journey with Dr Kemberling began with the "strong" referral from my general practitioner. Through out the journey he was attentive, supportive and always patient even when I wasn't in the long recovery process. He is a true professional and I believe one the best Doctors I've met. While the outcome of medical practice and treatments varies from case to case he is, without a doubt, the best Dr to have in your corner. I am grateful for his knowledge and skill used in my BPH treatment.

I was diagnosed with a severely enlarged Prostate with a growth (tumor) into my bladder that was significantly hindering my ability to urinate. After seeing two previous Urologists, I was referred to Dr Kemberling based on his knowledge, training and success rate in working with Laser Surgery. I have to tell you that he is one of the most outgoing, and communicative Doctors I have experienced. His confidence and attitude is what we all want when dealing with medical issues.

This is NOT a caring doctor's office. If you have kidney stones, don't go here. They expect you to wait 2 weeks to have the kidney blasting surgery - while you are on pain meds (you risk kidney damage at 2 weeks blockage). My stone was 8mm too large to pass and I had to have surgery - I was told that half of their doctors were on spring break so that is why I had to wait 2 weeks for surgery. They appear to be a large urology office - but instead they have many locations but only 6 surgeons. It
