Caused physicla harm through negligence
In 2021 I was diagnosed with psychogenic seizures and was experiencing terrible headaches. I moved across the country to recieve treatment for psychogenic seizures, which was not available to me in AZ where had been living. I went to Dr Richards for help with headaches and a second opinion on the seizures. I expressed I had swelling on the back of my head where my skull meets my spine, which he completely disregarded and didn't even examine. He did an MRI and said there was nothing. He suggested some treatments I had already tried that didn't work, then referred me to PT, which also didnt work. I went through neuropsych treatments including self hypnosis with some of the foremost experts on functional neurological disorders in the world... and none of it worked. Late in 2024 my current psychaitrist felt something wasn't right when I started having issues with leg mobility, and she referred me to a neurosurgeon. The neurosurgeon took a look at my MRIs, including the MRIs from Dr. Richar
