He’s been my Dr. for years and he is the best! If I’m in any distress, I can always reach his office and get prescriptions, appointments, and letters or whatever you need! I have suffered from Crohns for almost four decades so I know what a great doctor looks like and that is definitely Dr. Schaefer! I will always sing his praises!!!

Dr. Schairer is the best gastro doctor I've had yet. He explains everything well and establishes good rapport with me. Best bedside manner I've seen -- out of the 4 doctors I've seen in my adult life.

Absolutely terrible. Extremely ignorant and narrow-minded. Dr. Schairer never explained the results of my colonoscopies or blood tests. He would constantly send in the wrong prescriptions. Every time I met with him he would have an extremely rude attitude and act as though I had no say in my health plan. He likes to act like he's better than you by showing you medical studies of why you're wrong. I seriously recommend you stay clear of this doctor, there are plenty of better options in the area
